We specialize in pole dance, pole fitness, and flexibility and mobility training, offering both private and semi-private appointments and drop-in Group Classes. Selenite Studios also offers Herbal Wellness Products utilizing herbs grown on Selenite Farms.

Meet Sarah, Owner and Instructor
Sarah is a professional dancer and XPert Certified Pole Instructor who has been training Pole since 2014 and teaching since 2019. Her style focuses on flow, flexibility, and freestyle movement. Sarah also has a M.S. in Environmental Studies and applies this knowledge to her passion for regenerative agriculture. Sarah grows all the herbs used in the herball wellness products at her farm in Warren, Ohio.
